A full free-weight floor built for serious strength work at every level.
Our strength floor is stocked with power racks, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells up to 120 lbs, and a dedicated deadlift platform. That's everything you need to train with intent, not improvisation.
Coaches are on the floor during peak hours to spot, coach form, and keep the energy up. Running a linear progression or building a custom block? We have the space and the knowledge to back you up.
