Our story
Started small. Still feels that way.
Bluebird opened in 2018 with a single espresso machine, a used deck oven, and a fierce belief that Dillsburg deserved a real neighborhood cafe.

Can I pre-order pastries or place an order ahead of time?
Yes. Give us a call or send an email the day before and we'll set aside your favorites before the case sells out. Weekend mornings go fast, so we especially recommend ordering ahead for Saturday and Sunday.
Do you do custom cakes and celebration orders?
We do! Custom cakes, cupcake platters, and celebration orders are available with at least 5 days' notice. Reach out via the contact form or call us and we'll talk through what you have in mind.
Do you have gluten-free or dairy-free options?
We carry gluten-friendly pastry options daily and offer oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk for all espresso and latte drinks at no extra charge. Items are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, so please let us know about any serious allergies.
Is there seating and wi-fi?
Absolutely. We have cozy indoor seating for about 30, free wi-fi, and plenty of outlets. We love a good laptop session, though we do ask that you grab something from the menu every couple of hours during busy times.
