Cumberland Valley Realty opened in 2010 with a clear purpose: to be the local team that actually knows the area, not a franchise that happens to have an office here. Patricia Holt founded the company after seeing too many clients left confused and under-served by agents who treated every deal the same.
We're a small team by design. That means every client works directly with an agent who knows Mechanicsburg's cul-de-sacs, Carlisle's historic district, and the school zones that matter to families, because we live here too. When you call, you reach the person who's actually working your file.
Over the past 15 years we've helped more than 800 families buy and sell across the Cumberland Valley. We're proud that roughly half of our business comes from past clients and their referrals. That's the number we care most about.
