Fresh Pastries & Bread
Laminated croissants, sourdough loaves, muffins, scones, all baked before dawn.
Every item in our pastry case is made in-house the same morning. Croissants get a three-day lamination. Sourdough is long-fermented overnight. Muffins and scones rotate with the season and sell out early.
We also bake weekly bread loaves (sourdough, whole wheat, and an occasional specialty) available for take-home by the loaf.
